Over the last 50 years the Board has seen many changes since its inception. Beginning with the Photo Co-Op Listing System, a revolutionary tool created to market property to the public through the cooperative effort of all Realtor members, the industry and the Board continued to evolve, creating the most effective marketing tool available today, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS®). By 2004, advances in technology and computer systems have allowed REALTORS® to utilize tools such as interior photography, virtual tours and, of course, the Internet. Coupled with a variety of networking opportunities with other Real Estate Boards, the 1100 plus members of The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board are able to offer today's sellers and buyers, access to Real Estate Markets across the country and throughout the world!
