I had to visit the dealership's service department unexpectedly as my ML's hatch door (rear door?) lock failed and could not be locked. Despite the last minute and unscheduled appointment, Martin, the service advisor on duty, stepped up his game and ensured that there were diagnostics performed by Chris in the shop. Chris found what the problem was and rectified it in a speedy manner. My impression was that he stayed after hours just to complete this work and his dedication is much appreciated. Martin's and Chris' actions not only reflect well on them but also your whole service team. Please make sure that they know that... this customer is very appreciative of their dedication, effectiveness and service."

"I was very impressed with the service I received and I will be returning to Oakville for all my service calls on my B200. I drove into the service bay and I was greeted by a lovely gentleman who took my name and got all my paperwork ready and had me sit and wait for a service advisor, he was a very kind and a happy person... Phil was great and it seemed to make no difference that I was driving a fleet. Lastly, Lisa at the customer service desk was very nice and very organized. She had a smile on her face and was very personable. This experience was drastically different from the Mavis Rd. MB dealership. Thank you Oakville - for a pleasant MB dealership experience."
