I would like to formally write to extend my thanks and appreciation for the staff at Mercedes Benz Oakville Autohaus... Because I have visited Oakville for all my other cars I decided to have them take a look. They spent the time and the effort and performed service bulletins that in my opinion should have been completed prior to delivery as well addressed some minor squeaks/sounds and fitment issues. Even though I did not purchase the car from them, the service staff took the time to explain the process, the findings and the solutions to my concerns. I would like to extend many thanks to Frank Kaczor the shop foreman who personally assured me that my C400 was a great car and made me feel confident in my purchase. Frank was very friendly, welcoming and I didn't feel "rushed" like other stores who are very busy. It was a very warm experience and it's staff like Frank and his team at Oakville that make me feel i truly have purchased the best vehicle in it's segment and have re-affirmed my choice in brand.
